About this site
Built from the inside.
A patient-created resource for anyone using music during Spravato® treatment.
Why this site exists
Listening to Spravato® was created by someone who has been through the treatment — not as a clinician, but as a patient. When I started Spravato®, I quickly realized that the music I chose had a profound effect on each session. The right playlist could open something. The wrong one could close it.
My core thesis is simple: Spravato® works by quieting the language center of the brain — the part that narrates, judges, and analyzes. Anything that re-engages that center — lyrics, guided meditations, reading, scrolling — works against the medicine. Pure instrumental music, chosen carefully, works with it.
There wasn't a single resource that brought this together for patients. So I built one. Everything here comes from lived experience, music therapy research, and conversations with clinicians who care deeply about the therapeutic environment. It's free. It always will be.
The mission
"To make intentional listening accessible to every Spravato® patient — regardless of their musical background or clinical setting."

About the creator
Justin Page
Conservatory-trained musician · Author · Presidential Scholar in the Arts
Justin Page studied at the Manhattan School of Music and Berklee College of Music, later becoming a Presidential Scholar in the Arts. His career has always lived at the intersection of creativity, emotional truth, and the healing potential of music.
Justin never expected to write openly about his inner life — until the day he went home from his first Spravato® treatment. That experience cracked something open. It revealed how profoundly sound can support people during moments of vulnerability, introspection, and transformation.
As both a patient and a musician, he began composing and curating music specifically for Spravato® sessions: ambient jazz, slow-moving textures, and therapeutic soundscapes designed to help listeners feel grounded, safe, and emotionally connected. This website is the result of that journey.
His mission
To make Spravato® sessions gentler, more meaningful, and more human through the power of sound.
